You can order/pre-order us right here on our site if you’re in the USA and UK.

You can also order in the UK via Hoppers’ London Cash and Kari site.

You can order us in Singapore via our distributor Sid Dassanaike at unknown@untitleduntold.com

If you’re in Australia, grab us from Lankan Filling Station in Sydney.

If you want us elsewhere let us know here (link to our form), but heads up on small orders - shipping is high fom SL and customs fees can add to it.

If the item you want is available for immediate shipping from our in-country fulfillment point, it will be listed as an ‘Order’ item.

Stocks are limited so once they run out, or if the product is not stocked in the country, items will then roll over to being Pre-Order, meaning there will be a gap of time before we can get the item from SL to you.

On Pre-orders please note - while we will go into production as soon as we can, we are working with an agricultural crop and these days COVID and strong weather are challenges in SL to sourcing and quantity. It’s fair to say to anticipate 2-3 months' wait at this stage as we are just launching. But as you show us the love (& patience), we will be able to take the steps to bring more stock to you.

Yes, it sucks to wait but Pre-Orders are a BIG support to our startup. Your commitment allows us to commit to farmers and leverage the interest to build our business. You can watch us throughout the process of seeing your order through - from the farm, to getting it across the oceans via our Insta @kimbulakithul.
If one of the items in your order is a Pre-Order we will hold up your order till all items are in stock to send because otherwise shipping costs get impacted.

If you want your Order item right away - for now, please place two different orders.
Yes :) As long as your label hasn’t been printed out, send us the change and we’ll make it happen (or let you know if not).
Yes, as above, as long as the address label is not printed on your order/pre-order we can go ahead and cancel it. We hope you come back for it another time :)
If you want to add to or decrease your order, please reach us to cancel, and as long as the label hasn’t been printed we can make this happen so you can then go ahead and place a corrected order.

You can also add to an order via making a second order, but you will be charged for shipping twice in this scenario.
On receiving - but not opening - if you have changed your mind about the product you can return for a refund within 10 days of receiving on your end.

Please note the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered to you – unopened and safely secured in our protective box packaging, or otherwise protectively packed and secured by you for return without breakage.

Postage for the return will be borne by you and the original delivery charge will not be refunded in cases where you have simply changed your mind on the order.

A refund of the cost of the product will only be issued once the product is received unbroken and accepted by us.

Our bottles are safely and sustainably packed and marked fragile, but in the rare case of damages caused during transit to your address, we ask that you/the recipient photograph and inform us of the state in which the product was received within 1 day (24hrs) of receipt of delivery. We can in this case issue a replacement (with free postal) or full refund.
