A breakfast spin on Sri Lanka’s traditional Kiri-Pani
(Kiri being milk/curd & Pani being syrup)

Kimbula x Buffalo milk curd (or Greek yogurt)
x Granola x Fruit

10ml Kimbula Kithul Syrup x 50ml Colombo Gin
2 dashes of Orange Bitters x 1 dash of Prichard’s

10ml Kimbula Kithul Syrup x 50ml Colombo Gin
2 dashes of Orange Bitters x 1 dash of Prichard’s

Kimbula Sweet-Spicy Chutney

½ cup Kimbula Kithul x 500g Onions cut into cubes
x 4 Minced Garlic cloves x ½in minced Ginger
x 1 tbsp Chilli powder x 2 tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp Salt or to taste

Add all the ingredients in a pot and keep stirring over a medium flame until onions have softened and most of the moisture has evaporated. Roughly mash the onions while continuing to cook until mixture is spoonable yet very thick.

Kimbula Stirfry Sauce

1/2 cup Kimbula x 2 tbsp White Vinegar x 2 tbsp
Soy Sauce x 1/4 tsp minced Ginger x 1/4 tsp 2
minced Garlic cloves x 1/2 tsp Chili Powder x Zest
and juice from 1 Lime x 1 tbsp Cornstarch x 2 tbsp
Vegetable Oil x Salt to taste
Optional: Sesame seeds & chopped Scallion leaves

Kimbula Stirfry Sauce

1/2 cup Kimbula Kithul x 2 tbsp White Vinegar
x 2 tbsp Soy Sauce x 1/4 tsp minced Ginger
x 2 minced Garlic cloves x 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
x Zest and juice from 1 Lime x 1 tbsp Cornstarch
x 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil x Salt to taste
Optional: Sesame seeds & chopped Scallion leaves
